Finding my books in the open market might be diffficult.
Since they are primarily poetry and I have a relatively small publisher that doesn't invest much in marketing individual authors, they are difficult to find on bookstore shelves, despite their quality. This could be interesting later on when the first editions are no longer readily available and I become better known, because there will be relatively few copies available to the secondary market.
I have had an excellent review of Poison Pearls published in Expository Magazine: www.expositorymagazine.net/2004/september/medreviewspoetryv4i2.php
However, for the time being, both Poison Pearls and Going Without Peggy are still available as first editions, with a slight variation available since some are printed in the US and some are printed in the UK, with the UK variant being the scarcer of the two.
I realize that my mailing address is doubtless accessible to anyone who knows how to use their internet resources - I haven't made any attempt to hide it - but please forgive me if I don't post it here. I think that my reticence is understandable when you realize that I was once stalked by a woman who had fixated on me and ultimately the only way that the situation was resolved was when I changed jobs, moved and got an unlisted phone number... That was a long time ago, in the years before I met and married Peggy, and I'm not so young and "gorgeous" (as my sister puts it! <GRIN!>) as I once was, so I don't anticipate having to deal with a situation like that again. However, the lasting result is that I am very reluctant to just give people my home address. Anybody who does go to the trouble of looking me up, though, is welcome to send me their copy of any of my books to be signed and have me write an appropriate inscription - but please do include a return envelope with the appropriate address and postage.
I'm going to provide a number of web addresses that my books can be ordered from, starting with my publisher. The publisher's suggested retail for either of these books is $14.95 and they can be purchased directly from them at a discounted price of $11.95 (plus $3.00 shipping) Of course, wholesale prices and deep discounts are available for booksellers, libraries, schools, NGOs etc.

Going Without Peggy: go to www.publishamerica.com/books/8958
Of course they are also available through other sites such as Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble (bn.com), Books a Million (BAMM.com) and many others. I'll try to list some of the international sites as well. To reference my books at those sites other than by title, the correct spelling of my name is:
Karl Stuart Kline
and the ISBNs for my books are:
Poison Pearls, ISBN 1-4137-1502-8
Going Without Peggy, ISBN 1-4137-7178-5
